Delete your Dartel account

You can delete your Dartel account and all its data yourself, at any time. This works for guest accounts and for accounts linked to Google or Apple.

In the app

  1. Open Dartel and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address linked to your account, or tell us your display name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account and display name, your sign-in (guest, Google or Apple), all your games, scores, XP, badges and streaks, the duels you created and your duel results, likes, notifications, push tokens and settings.

What stays

Nothing that can be linked to you. Crash reports and usage statistics in Firebase are kept for a limited period by Google and are not tied to your name. See the privacy policy for details.
